Built with SIPs panels with 100mm insulation in the walls, floor and ceiling for excellent heat retention, with a total wall thickness of 222mm.
Walls and ceilings are boarded, plastered and painted, with herringbone LVT click flooring and white gloss skirting. Full electrics are installed, including a consumer unit, spotlights, sockets and a Cat6 network point as standard.
Aluminium sliding doors and Argon-filled windows with toughened safety glass and multi-point locking, all Secure by Design accredited. EPDM roofing with a 50-year life expectancy is finished with Western Red Cedar cladding, which lasts 40-60 years and can weather naturally or be oiled for a honey finish.
Prices are inclusive of VAT with no hidden connection charges, and include electrical and internet supply and connection. Every Garden Room comes with a 10-year structural guarantee, and custom sizes can be built to order.
